Nick and Vanessa Lachey give birth to baby boy

Nick and Vanessa Lachey are welcoming the birth of their baby boy.
Camden John was born Wednesday night at 8 pounds, 9 ounces and 21 inches.
In a statement, the couple said "love has truly been redefined for both of us."
It's the first child for both of them.
Both mom and son are said to be doing well.
