Man appears to be caught urinating behind president's speech in Eden Park, SS says it was agent

CINCINNATI - A man appeared to be caught urinating behind Seasongood Pavilion while President Obama spoke Monday afternoon, but the Secret Service says it was one of their agents, and he was not urinating.

Politico's Donovan Slack sent out the original photo on Twitter while the president was mid-speech, and the photo went viral.

Politico later clarified, saying it was a member of the Secret Service and he was not urinating . They say the agents typically face away from the president to look for threats, and in this case, it was the woods.

The president was in town to announce a new trade enforcement action against China's "unfair" auto subsidies .
