Police searching for man who allegedly touched woman inappropriately on Purple People Bridge

NEWPORT, Ky. - Police are searching for a man who allegedly grabbed a woman inappropriately on the Purple People Bridge early Friday morning.
The incident happened around 7 a.m. when Campbell County dispatch received a call from a female victim stating a man approached her as she was jogging on the bridge and grabbed her butt.
The woman was not hurt, but police described her as scared.
Police are working on a description of the suspect.
Newport police said they are aware of recent similar incidents in Hyde Park and Oakley, but cannot determine any connection at this time.
