Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney to visit the Tri-State

LEBANON, Ohio - Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will make another campaign stop in the Tri-State this weekend.

Officials with Romney's campaign told 9 News he will visit the Golden Lamb in Lebanon, Ohio, on Saturday, Oct. 13, starting at 5 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public, but tickets are required for entrance. To RSVP for tickets, visit www.mittromney.com/oh or they can be picked up in person at the Lebanon Victory Center, located at 30 West Main Street in Lebanon.

Tickets are available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Throughout the months, both Romney and President Obama have fiercely campaigned in Ohio, which is sticking to its reputation as a battleground state.

Romney recently campaigned in northern Ohio and vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan stopped in Clermont County. President Obama visited the Tri-State a few weeks ago and spoke in Eden Park. Vice President Joe Biden also made a recent campaign visit to Wright State University in Dayton.

No other details on Romney's visit have been released at this time.

Those who attend will have to undergo airport-like security. No bags, sharp objects, liquids or signs will be allowed at the venue. However, cameras will be permitted.

Doors open at 3 p.m. Saturday.
