CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky. - Thomas More College police along with area agencies held a crisis preparedness drill at the Crestview Hills school Thursday morning.

The drills, planned and coordinated with Lakeside/Crestview Hills Police and the Fort Mitchell Fire Department, were designed to practice the response to an emergency call on campus.

Matthew Webster, the school's Vice President of Student Services said, "Today is really is an outgrowth of a lot of planning and a lot of practice that goes on behind the scenes to insure the safety of the community here. So again its an opportunity for us to be prepared and we're certainly hopeful that because of our planning we prevent a crisis from happening on campus."

Webster says the drill is an annual event to keep everyone prepared should an actual emergency situation arrive.
