CINCINNATI - An accident involving a tractor-trailer has resulted in a fuel spill on I-75 and a temporary road closure.
Around 9:30 p.m. Thursday evening, police dispatchers reported a tractor-trailer had been involved in an accident that resulted in fuel being spilled onto the intersection of I-75 and Fort Washington Way.
According to police, I-75 is still open to southbound traffic heading toward Kentucky.
The entrance to Fort Washington Way is currently closed and traffic is being re-routed at Fifth Street, according to police. Police say the roadway will be closed until at least 2 a.m. while hazmat crews clear the scene of the accident.
No one was injured as a result of the accident.
The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
