Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati still under construction

CINCINNATI - The Horseshoe Casino is one step closer to its grand opening.
City and casino officials are unveiling the $22.9 million in roadway and streetscape improvements surrounding the casino Tuesday morning.
Mayor Mark Mallory, Vice Mayor Roxanne Qualls and members of city council will be joined by developer Rock Ohio Caesars representatives and Pendleton residents to unveil the latest developments.
They'll also work together to place the ceremonial finishing touches and plantings for the casino at the Short Reading Road Plaza.
The $400 million full-scale casino will open March 4.
The roadway and streetscape improvements will be unveiled Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the Short Reading Road Plaza, located on Reading Road and Broadway Street.
