CINCINNATI - The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and Artworks will be bring back the "Big Pig Gig."
The announcement comes in advance of the World Choir Games in 2012.
Organizers say that the more than 400 pigs placed around the city in 2000 were such a success that it would be great to do it again.
Sixty pigs are currently planned but planners will embrace more.
A 5:30 p.m. press conference held Wednesday at the Westin Hotel kicked-off the new program. Organizers announced that they hope to have the pigs ready in April for the Flying Pig Marathon.
"It's a great way to showcase Cincinnati's heritage to the world," said Tamara Harkavy Director of Artworks.
Artworks says it is looking for sponsors and artists to participate in the latest "Big Pig Gig."
