HAMILTON, Ohio - Will Ryan Widmer receive a fourth trial for his wife's murder? We'll find out Tuesday when an Ohio appeals court announces their decision on the matter.

The announcement will be made sometime after 10 a.m. Tuesday.

In his third trial, Widmer was convicted of killing his wife, Sarah, in the couple's Hamilton Township home in August 2008.

Widmer's attorneys have argued that the bathtub where Sarah died was unlawfully seized.

Widmer is serving 15 years to life in prison.

9 News and WCPO.com will be in the courtroom, and we'll bring you the decision as soon as it's announced.
