MASON, Ohio - A Mason teenage who was reported missing Saturday morning has been found unharmed and has been returned home.

Police officers and firefighters searched the Mason area for 13-year-old Jongyub Lee, who was reported missing from the 4600 block of Royal Dornoch Lane at about 8 a.m. Officials say he left the home at 2:30 p.m. Friday after an argument with his mother.

He was found in a field at the location of the former College Football Hall of Fame just before 6 p.m. Saturday.

Jongyub, who is from Korea, has been in the U.S. for about three months and reportedly understands very little English. Officers originally said it was possible that he became disoriented because of his unfamiliarity with the area and the language barrier. An official reason for his disappearance was not immediately available after he was found.

Community Emergency Response Team workers, as well as Mason police officers and firefighters had been going door-to-door in Mason since 9 a.m.
