3 medical helicopters called to N. Ky. crash

PENDLETON CO., Ky. - Police in Northern Kentucky are investigating a serious crash that injured three people on Wednesday.

Kentucky State Police say two vehicles collided head-on around 9:45 a.m. in the 2700 block of Highway 330 between Falmouth and Williamstown.

Three people, including one child, suffered what police are calling "non life-threatening injuries." All three victims were transported to the hospital by medical helicopters. No names or conditions have been released.

Numerous other accidents have occurred on this particular stretch of the highway, according to police.

No other information has been released at this time.
