VILLA HILLS, Ky. - New information was released Thursday night about the controversy surrounding Villa Hills Mayor Mike Martin.

9 News has obtained an executive order that says city employees and police who attend a hearing on whether to remove the mayor from office Monday will be arrested.

Kenton County deputies will provide security at the meeting.

Several city employees, the police chief, and officers are subpoenaed to testify at the hearing.

Martin is accused of burning city documents, and retaliatory behavior and comments against city employees.
