Man guilty in N.Ky. rape at party

BURLINGTON, Ky. - A man has been found guilty of raping a 14-year-old girl last year at a party in Northern Kentucky.

Joshua Crosthwaite appeared in the Boone County Courthouse and a jury found him guilty of raping a 14-year-old girl while both were at a party in Union, Ky ., on Nov. 25, 2011.

The jury found Crosthwaite guilty of one county of rape and one count of sexual abuse.

Authorities say Crosthwaite provided the girl with the "morning after pill" the next day. He was released on bond on Jan. 26, 2012.

The jury recommended a sentence of seven years in jail.

His sentencing trial is set for Nov. 7.
