BURLINGTON, Ky. - A Florence woman is dead after she was involved in a crash in Northern Kentucky Saturday.
The crash happened on Burlington Pike and Limaburg Road at about 10:50 p.m. Saturday. Police say Jennifer Valdez's GMC Yukon was struck by a car driven by 19-year-old Andrew Sebree.
A passenger in Sebree's vehicle, 42-year-old Angela Horne, was later pronounced dead at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Two other passengers in the vehicle were treated at area hospitals for non life-threatening injuries. Sebree was also treated at the hospital.
The collision is being investigated by the Boone County Sheriff's Department Accident Reconstruction Unit. Police say preliminary indications are that Sebree may have ran a red light.
Officials have not released any additional details at this time.
