Firework fire danger high this year
Conditions too dry for home displays

CINCINNATI - Fire officials throughout the area are urging Tri-State residents not to set off their own fireworks displays on the Fourth of July.
Wednesday will mark the seventh day in a row with highs in the 90's and even though some people saw rain in Friday's storm it wasn't enough to improve our dry conditions.
The City of Cincinnati released information from the Ohio Division of the Fire Marshal reporting that in 2010 there were 15,000 reported fires related to fireworks and $36 million in property damage.
