COVINGTON, Ky. - As the summer temperatures begin to really heat up, many of us look for any way to stay cool. But kids in Northern Kentucky will have one less place to beat the heat for a while.
The Covington Waterpark and Spraypark in Latonia is closed because of operational issues.
The city hasn’t said how long the park located at 43rd Street and Decoursey Avenue will be closed. The issues keeping the park from opening are under investigation.
Covington is urging residents to visit their other pools at Goebel Park and Randolph Park.
