UNION, Ky. - A Union, Ky. pastor is facing tax evasion charges.
Ronald Weinland was indicted on Thursday by a federal grand jury. He is accused of attempting to evade $357,000 in income taxes over a five year period.
Investigators say he lied about his gross income and used church funds for personal expenses.
