COVINGTON, Ky. - Kentucky drivers, your license is about to get a facelift.
Court clerks will soon install new equipment to implement new security upgrades.
The Transportation Cabinet says the new license make it harder to produce fake IDs
Among the new security measures is a digital watermark invisible to the human eye; a hologram with an ultra-violet ghost image and bank-note quality printing.
They'll roll out in October, but you don't have to get one until your current license expires. And they'll cost the same.
