CARROLLTON, KY. - Kentucky State Police slowly reopened southbound lanes on Interstate 71 in Carroll County, Ky. after a semi-truck carrying milk overturned.
All southbound lanes were closed for a few hours as crews on the scene worked to clean up the milk that spilled from the truck. The accident occurred at the 50 mile marker of I-71 in Kentucky.
