FORT MITCHELL, Ky. - Northern Kentucky police arrested a former candidate for Kentucky's Senate for DUI and possession of marijuana early Wednesday morning.
Fort Mitchell police arrested Jim Noll and booked him in the Kenton County Jail at 3:12 a.m. He's charged with DUI, reckless driving, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Noll is also a former member of the Villa Hills City Council. He works as an attorney in Northern Kentucky.
