Home & Garden Show opens on Feb. 26

CINCINNATI - Hundreds of hours of work has transformed the Duke Energy Cincinnati Convention Center into an oasis for spring at the 39th annual Cincinnati Home & Garden Show.

For do-it-yourselfers, the show offers a variety of gardens to see and projects to tackle. Industry participants are hopeful that signs of an improving economy will translate into a big boost in business this year.  Many local companies invest much of their marketing for the year on this one show.

There are 18 garden displays and more than 400 booth displays from a variety of companies that offer services or products. It is a massive undertaking to get the convention center ready for the show.  Crews move in 477 tons of sand, 300 tons of rocks and pavers, and flowers galore.  For home renovation or remodeling companies, some build impressive kitchen sets, bathroom layouts, or entertainment areas to draw the attention of potential customers.

Saturday, February 26 10:30 AM to 9 p.m.
Sunday, February 27 10:30 AM to 6 p.m.
Monday, February 28 Closed
Tuesday, March 1 Closed
Wednesday, March 2 - Friday, March 4 Noon to 9 p.m.
Saturday, March 5 10:30 AM to 9 p.m.
Sunday, March 6 10:30 AM to 6 p.m.

Tickets are $12 for adults. Kids 13 and under are free with a paid adult.

You can also get a $3 discount on tickets by buying them at any area Kroger store.
