CINCINNATI - Want to be thin? Find skinny friends.
Researchers from Loyola University Chicago found students were more likely to slim down or at least gain weight more slowly if their friends were thinner.
They say friends influence one another's behaviors, including diet.
The study was published in the journal PloS ONE.
