CINCINNATI - After missing 11 games, the Reds' manager will be back in the dugout Monday night.

The Reds say Dusty Baker will return to his position as acting manager during the start of the series against the St. Louis Cardinals.

Baker suffered a minor stroke Sept. 19 in Chicago.

Since then, the Reds' manager has missed some of the more exciting moments of the season including seeing the team clinch the National League Central Division, and Homer Bailey's no hitter on Friday.

Bench Coach Chris Speier served as acting manager while Baker recovered.

The Reds kick off their final three-game regular-season series against the Cardinals Monday night in St. Louis. The game starts at 8:15 p.m.
