CINCINNATI - The Bengals' annual intrasquad scrimmage on Saturday will benefit Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

When fans arrive at Paul Brown Stadium for the 3 p.m. scrimmage, volunteers from the Cincinnati Children's Champion program will be on hand to collect donations. The Bengals will then add a sizable donation based upon the total raised.

Cincinnati Children’s Champions consist of current and former patients and their families who share their time and their stories to help advance the mission of Cincinnati Children’s. These volunteers will also be present in the seating bowl if fans want to offer donations during the scrimmage.

The Bengals will also feature “Change the Outcome” video packages on the stadium scoreboards, highlighting the remarkable work that Cincinnati Children’s offers to children and their families.

“The Bengals are committed to changing the outcome of the football season with a Super Bowl championship, and that work toward that outcome continues with our Intrasquad Scrimmage,” said Katie Blackburn, Bengals executive vice-president. “We also strongly support Cincinnati Children’s and their tremendous work changing the outcome to help kids get healthy.”

All money raised from Saturday’s scrimmage will benefit the patients and families cared for by Cincinnati Children’s, making sure that expert care is available to all children in our community – regardless of their family’s ability to pay.
