CINCINNATI - The estate of late Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry is suing Henry's fiancee and her mother for damages in a wrongful death suit.

The suit was filed in Charlotte, N.C. and claims Loleini Tonga's negligence led to Henry's death.

Henry died after he was thrown from the back of the pickup truck Tonga was driving in November of 2009.

Tonga's mother is named in the suit because she owned the truck and her insurance company could be held accountable.

The suit seeks unspecified damages in excess of $10,000.

The money would go to Henry's children.
