LaSalle senior Matt Kroeger was voted the WCPO Player of the Week for Week 4, picking up 1,077 votes (34.93 percent).

The Lancers’ defensive back earned his nomination by returning a pair of interceptions for touchdowns in a win over Indianapolis Northwest.

Cooper’s Dustin Mitchell and Caleb Hallon of Middletown Madison finished second and third in the voting conducted by TriStateFootball.com. In total, 12 players were nominated with 3,093 votes casted.

Voting will open on Monday morning for Week 5’s nominations.
