The Winter Weather Advisory that was in effect for parts of the Tri-State was lifted early Wednesday morning.
The National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 7 p.m. Tuesday until 9 a.m. Wednesday, however, the advisory was canceled at about 4 a.m. Wednesday.
All of Northern Kentucky was under the advisory, along with Clermont, Brown, Adams and Highland counties in Ohio. A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for Adams, Brown, Pike, Scioto, Bracken, Lewis, Mason and Robertson counties.
Some snow and sleet fell on the N.Ky. area overnight and accumulation averaged less than an inch.
