Det. Scott Lengle with Kentucky State Police executed a search warrant Tuesday, in Foster, Ky.
The search warrant was obtained from an investigation of a shooting that occurred Monday on Jones Lane in Foster.
Assisting Lengle were Trooper David Jones and Fish and Wildlife canine officer Charles Phillips.
As a result of this search warrant Lengle arrested Charles W. Weathers Jr. of Foster.
Weathers was charged with two counts of assault in the first-degree and one count of tampering with physical evidence. This incident is still under investigation by Lengle with the Kentucky State Police.
