CINCINNATI -- Instead of being caught with his hands in the cookie jar, a Hyde Park man was allegedly caught with them in an ATM.
Thirty-year-old Ryan Francis was allegedly seen by Cincinnati Police in the machine at
3740 Paxton Avenue. That address corresponds to a PNC Bank ATM, however a Fifth Third Bank branch also appears to be adjacent. Police had responded to the scene after getting a call about someone breaking into the machine early Wednesday morning.
Police say he had earlier kicked and broken out a window on Observatory Avenue.
He is charged with criminal damaging and felony safe cracking.
