Hullabalou Tickets On Sale

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Tickets to the recently announced HullabaLOU Music Festival, scheduled for July 23-25, 2010 at Churchill Downs, are now on sale.

The unique three-day summer music festival, produced by the Churchill Downs Entertainment Group, will showcase more than 65 bands, including the Grammy Award-winning Bon Jovi, country music phenomenon and eight time ‘Entertainer of the Year’, Kenny Chesney, and Grammy Award-winning Dave Matthews Band, at the world-famous home of the Kentucky Derby in Louisville, Ky.

All ticket options available to HullabaLOU provide access to every performance on every stage. Tickets, which range from $60 for a one-day general admission pass to $975 for a three-day VIP package, can be purchased online at http://www.hullabaloufest.com/ and http://www.ticketmaster.com/ and at all Ticketmaster outlets, including select Kroger locations, or by calling (800) 745-3000.

“VIP and Reserved seat tickets offer guests a guaranteed seat to view the headline performances on the HullabaLOU Main Stage,” said Todd Koesters, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “All guests with a general admission ticket can view the Main Stage from designated areas that are adjacent to the reserved seating sections.”

All additional festival stages are available to every attendee of HullabaLOU. These stages offer lawn seating areas which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.


Ticket Options:

VIP Packages:
VIP ticket holders will have exclusive access to hospitality areas adjacent to the Main, Longfield Ave and 4th Street stages, as well as access to a VIP Lounge located in the infield. Discounted food and beverage offerings, upgraded restrooms, as well as a place to relax in the shade will be available to VIP guests in these locations. VIP Reserved Seat tickets will be located in the first 23 rows of the seating chart. Three-day VIP seats will be located in the center sections and the single-day VIP Tickets will be located to the left and right of the center sections.

  • Three-day VIP Package: $975
  • Single-day VIP Package: $295

Reserved Seats:
Reserved Seat tickets offer a guaranteed seat to view the Main Stage at the HullabaLOU Music Festival. In addition to the reserved seat, this ticket offers access to view all stages at the HullabaLOU Music Festival. Lawn seating areas for the Longfield Ave, 4th Street, Backstretch, and Paddock stages are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Single Day Reserved Seats:

  • Regular Reserved Seat: $95
  • Preferred Reserved Seat: $160

General admission:
General Admission tickets allow access to view all five stages at the Hullabalou Music Festival. Lawn seating areas for the Longfield Avenue, Fourth Street, Backstretch, and Paddock stages are available on a first-come, first-served basis. General Admission ticket holders will have a designated area adjacent to the reserved seating sections to view the Main Stage. Specific seats in this area will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The area set aside for General Admission ticket holders to view the Main Stage is sections 114-119, 218 and 314-319.

Single-day general admission:
  • Advance Price (through March 9, 2010) $60
  • Regular Price (beginning March 10, 2010) $75

Three-day general admission:

  • Advance Price (through March 9, 2010) $160
  • Regular Price (beginning March 10, 2010) $200

“Our goal is to make HullabaLOU the Kentucky Derby of music festivals,” CDE President Steve Sexton said. “Churchill Downs is known for large-scale entertainment events, so we’re thrilled to offer this wide range of artists that blend the sounds of classic rock, country, adult contemporary and bluegrass bands for music fans from across the country.”

In addition to Bon Jovi, musicians confirmed for Friday, July 23 include The Doobie Brothers, Gladys Knight, B 52s, The O’Jays, Colbie Caillat, Richard Marx, Gloriana, Sam Bush and Chrisette Michele.

The Saturday, July 24 lineup with Kenny Chesney includes Jason Aldean, Al Green, Michael McDonald, John Kay & Steppenwolf, Gov’t Mule, Joan Osborne, Musiq Soulchild and War. The festival concludes Sunday, July 25 with Dave Matthews Band as the featured artist as well as Zac Brown Band, Steve Miller Band, Dwight Yoakam, Loretta Lynn, The Black Crowes, Kansas, 38 Special and Taj Mahal.
