NEWPORT, Ky. – Police executed search warrants for two Northern Kentucky strip clubs on Monmouth Street where the raid ended in 19 counts in total, ranging from drug paraphernalia to prostitution.
The Brass Mule, located at 613 Monmouth St., and the Brass Bull at 626 Monmouth St., in Newport were raided by Newport Police on Tuesday, Nov. 24 at approximately 8 p.m., according to Col. Robbie Hall, Newport's police chief.
Charges against the two clubs ranged from:
- Eight counts of prostitution
- Four counts of promoting prostitution
- One count of drug paraphernalia
- One count of no bar ID
- Three counts of nude dancing
- Two counts of possession of a controlled substance
