Bengals Look To Next Year's Opponents

Last Update: 1/12 11:33 am
The Bengals season ended in a Marvin apology, a Carson mystery and just plain disappointment after a promising regular season.

Now that the Bengals still haven't won a playoff game in 19 years, what is a Cincinnati fan to do?

Why not look to next year?

The opponents the Bengals will face in 2010 was announced Monday and while the games played at Paul Brown Stadium could be promising, Cincinnati's away games will be challenging.

The Bengals host the Chargers, Saints, Buccaneers, Dolphins, Bills and of course division opponents Steelers, Ravens and Browns.

The Bengals will travel away from the banks of the Ohio to play the Colts, Patriots, Jets, Falcons, Panthers and again, all AFC North opponents.

Next season will be a challenging one, as the black and orange will play seven games against opponents who made the playoffs this year.

With Marvin Lewis "confident" in Mike Zimmer's return and his note that the offense will "keep putting pieces around our quarterback to enable him to utilize all the abilities and skills that he has," Bengals fans look forward to a repeat of their 2009 regular season success and cross their paws the postseason winless streak doesn't reach 20 years.

What are the most glaring issues for the Bengals as they head into the offseason? Let us know what you think by voting in our poll or posting a comment below.
