Get ready to gain an hour of sleep this weekend. It's time to "fall back" this Sunday.

Daylight Saving Time ends this year on the first Sunday in November.

That means that on Sunday, Nov. 1, all clocks will need to be set back an hour.

Change your watches, clocks, alarms at 2 a.m. to 1 a.m. this Sunday—or end up, sitting and waiting for an hour in your pew, because you beat your pastor to church on Sunday morning.
