ERLANGER, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky Health Department has changed the Grant County clinic location.
On Saturday, Dec. 5 the clinic has been moved to Sherman Elementary, 3987 Dixie Hwy., Dry Ridge, Ky., because of conflicts with other scheduled events at Grant County High School.
All other details for the clinic are the same.
Swine Flu Update: Additional Swine Flu Clinic Planned for Grant County; Details Announced for Saturday, Nov. 21 Vaccination Clinic in Kenton County
The Northern Kentucky Health Department will be holding a swine flu vaccination clinic from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5, at Sherman Elementary. Details for the Grant County clinic, along with the previously announced clinic from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21, at Summit View Middle School, 5002 Madison Pike, Independence, Ky., are below.
"Through these community flu clinics, we have already vaccinated almost 8,000 people against the swine flu. We hope to continue these efforts with successful clinics in Dry Ridge and Independence," said Steven R. Katkowsky, M.D., District Director of Health.
Parking/traffic control
For both clinics, it is anticipated that parking will be available at the school. If off-site parking is needed for overflow, people will be directed from the school to the off-site parking.

From I-75/I-71 Northbound:
Take the Mount Zion Road exit (KY 536), #178. Follow Mount Zion for about four and a half miles to Independence Road (KY 2045). Turn left on Independence Road and follow it for about one mile to Madison Pike (KY 17). Turn left on Madison Pike and follow it for about one mile. Turn left to stay on Madison Pike. The school will be on the left.
From I-275:
Take the KY 17 exit, #80. Drive south on Madison Pike (KY 17) for about six miles. When the highway dead ends, turn right to stay on Madison Pike (KY 17). The school is on the right.

Take the KY 491 exit, #166. Drive less than ½ mile and then turn left to stay on KY 491. Drive less than ½ mile and then turn right onto U.S. 25 (Dixie Highway). Follow U.S. 25 south for four miles. The school will be on the right.
From I-75 Northbound
Take the KY 22 exit, #159. Drive less than a half mile and then turn right on KY 22/ KY 267/Broadway St. Follow KY 22 for about a ½ mile. Turn left onto U.S. 25. Follow U.S. 25 north for about three miles. The school will be on the left.
