Tuesday marks the grand opening for the new SouthShore Condominiums in Newport, Ky.
Sixty percent of the 65 luxury units on 17 floors have already sold.
Each unit features a riverfront view from the living room and master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling glass.
SouthShore is designed to create an overall luxury lifestyle.
It includes an exercise facility, putting green, outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, sundeck, walking trails and gardens.
The Shore Club also features a bar, cooking area, fireplaces and big-screen TVs.
A 100-slip marina will also soon be built in front of SouthShore.
The price for the unit ranges from 300,000 to 3 million.
"In the real estate business, a great product and great location is going to do well regardless of the economic environment and that's what we're really seeing here," said Gregg Fusaro with SouthShore.
