A Pleasureville, Ky., man was arrested for the sexual molestation of minor relative between January and December 1992 Friday afternoon.
The out-of-state 23-year-old victim who was 6 years old at the time this occurred reported that William "Marty" Kelley, 52 of Pleasureville had sexual contact with her on numerous occasions in a 12-month period, 16 years ago when the family lived in Boone County.
Det. Tracy Watson investigated the allegations and charged Kelley with four counts of sexual abuse.
Kelley is lodged in the Boone County Detention Center in lieu of a $5,000 cash-only bond.
