COVINGTON, Ky. – Police from four agencies assisted the Northern Kentucky Drug Strike Force who on Tuesday arrested four in Edgewood, Elsmere and Florence for trafficking marijuana.
Assisted by Boone County Sheriff’s deputies and officers from the Erlanger, Edgewood, and Elsmere Police Departments, NKDSF agents executed search warrants on Remy Lane in Florence, Charter Oak Road in Edgewood and Ripple Creek Drive in Elsmere.
Agents seized approximately 150 pounds of marijuana, more than $50,000 in cash, vehicles and other evidence associated with drug trafficking.
Arrests that were made included:
- Cameron Farmer, 34, of Edgewood Ky., charged with two counts of trafficking in marijuana over eight ounces, 2nd offense, Class C felonies.
- Eric Bowman, 27, of Elsmere Ky., charged with trafficking in marijuana over five pounds, a Class C felony.
- Kimberly Kleier, 31, of Florence Ky., charged with trafficking in marijuana over five pounds, 2nd offense, a Class B felony, and tampering with physical evidence, a Class D felony.
- Sean Marshall, 28, of Florence Ky., charged with trafficking in marijuana over five pounds, 2nd offense, a Class B felony.
Farmer and Bowman were lodged in the Kenton County Jail, while Kleier and Marshall were lodged in the Boone County Jail. All four are currently out on bond.
Class D felonies are punishable by up to five years in prison.. Class C felonies are punishable by five to 10 years in prison.. Class B felonies are punishable by 10-20 years in prison.
