Police Seek Walmart Gift Card Thieves

Police are searcing for three people, who allegedly used a stolen gift card at a Northern Kentucky Walmart.

On Dec. 30, a man and two women with an baby were photographed using a stolen gift card at the Wal-Mart store located at 3450 Valley Plaza Pkwy., in Fort Wright, Ky. 

The gift card was stolen earlier in the day when thieves broke the passenger window out of a car parked near Florence removing a purse therein.

Boone County Sheriff’s Det. Rob Duncan obtained surveillance video from the Wal-Mart in hopes of identifying the perpetrators. 

Anyone with information as to the identities of those pictured or has knowledge of any of the other thefts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040 or the Boone County Sheriff’s Department at (859) 334-2175.
