Repairs, Cleaning Start After Holiday Weekend

COVINGTON, Ky. – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 6 Superintendent Jerry Webster announced the following maintenance activities in Gallatin County for the week Nov. 30 through Dec. 4:

Monday, Nov. 30 through Tuesday, Dec. 1

  • Crews will be repairing a culvert on KY 1130 (Craigs Creek) near KY 35 (4.7 mile marker). Watch for flaggers, equipment and lane closures.

Wednesday, Dec. 2 through Thursday, Dec. 3

  • Crews will be ditching with equipment on U.S. 42 (Craigs Creek) from KY 562 to the Boone County line (15-17 mile marker). Watch for flaggers, equipment and lane closures.

Friday, Dec. 4

  • A crew will be picking up litter on I-71 from the Carroll County line to the I-71/I-75 interchange in Boone County (53-77 mile marker). Watch for crews and equipment.
