A Taylor Mill man is facing charges after a search warrant was executed at his home Tuesday afternoon.
Taylor Mill police and members of the Northern Kentucky Drug Strike Force executed the search warrant at Arnold "Jack" Eversole's home on Wilson Drive.
Chief Steve Knauf tells 9News the search warrant is the result of a two-month investigation involving sales of prescription drugs taking place at the home.
"They were especially over the holiday weekend. They were pretty busy and again this has been a focus of ours for about two and a half months. So they had a decent operation going," said Chief Knauf.
Some neighbors say they were not surprised by the arrest.
"Its well overdue. I've been here eight years and I've seen lots of cars, traffic in and out all the time day and night," said Vicki Adams, a neighbor. "I have two small children. My grandkids live with me so its kind of scary. I can't let them come past a certain point in my yard because I never know what's going to happen."
Police say community involvement also played a part in their investigation.
Eversole is charged with trafficking and possession. He is being held at the Kenton County Jail and will face a judge on Wednesday.
