COVINGTON, Ky. – Maintenance work on the
Roebling Suspension Bridge planned for each day next week could slow traffic, advises the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 6.
Crews will be at work on the bridge from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19 through Friday, Oct. 23. Motorists are advised to watch for flaggers, equipment and lane closures.

Boone CountyMonday, Oct. 19 - Wednesday, Oct. 21
Crews will be patching and repairing potholes on various state routes throughout Boone County. Watch for flaggers, equipment and lane closures.
Thursday, Oct. 22
Crews will be installing a culvert pipe on KY 338 (Idlewild Road). In the area before KY 18 (25-26 mile marker). Watch for traffic control, equipment and lane closure.
Friday, Oct. 23
Crews will be installing a culvert pipe on KY 14 (Hume Verona Road). In the area between KY 491 and Connector Road (4-5 mile marker) watch for traffic control, equipment and lane closure.
Campbell CountyMonday, Oct. 19
Weather permitting, a crew will be installing culvert pipes on KY 1936 (Pond Creek Road). Road will be closed at KY 536 from 8 am until 4 pm.
Wednesday, Oct. 21
Weather permitting; a crew will be installing culvert pipes on KY 915 (Licking Pike). Road will be closed to through traffic between Toll Gate Road and Rifle Range Road (4.3 – 5.9 mile marker) from 8 am until 4 pm.
Monday, Oct. 19 - Friday, Oct. 23
A crew will be setting up traffic control for a drain cleaning project on the I-275 Combs Hehl Bridge over the Ohio River. Motorists should watch for equipment and lane closures.
